About the Role - Content Lead

Key Contribution of the role:

Develop and execute a strategy aligned with business goals.
Use the Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) framework to shape user-focused content.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Plan content for all customer journey stages.
Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithms.
Align content with user intent and optimize for ranking opportunities like AI overviews and snippets.
Audit and refine content for relevance and performance.
Ensure engaging, audience-tailored content with a consistent tone and credible sources.
Leverage storytelling and collaborate with UX and product teams for effective delivery.
Provide editorial oversight and guide internal and external contributors.
Structure content for seamless addition of infographics and videos.
Collaborate with design teams to enhance visual elements.
Conduct primary and secondary research for unique insights.
Optimize metadata and headers for improved rankings and accessibility.
Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
Coordinate with SEO, marketing, UX, product, and sales teams.
Maintain workflows, calendars, and brand guidelines for timely and consistent delivery.
