We are looking for aNetwork Engineer with a focus on automation and integrations to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining network monitoring, automation workflows, integrations with third-party systems and platforms, deployment and support of network monitoring and packet analysis solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support network monitoring and observability solutions.
Develop automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual operational tasks
Implement CI/CD pipelines for networking to test, validate, and deploy network changes automatically.
Integrate network infrastructure and monitoring systems with third-party platforms via APIs.
Work with network visibility and packet analysis solutions (e.g., network probes such as Netscout or similar).
Support network traffic analysis, troubleshooting, and performance investigations.
Use observability tools for continuous monitoring to proactively identify, analyze, and remediate network issues.
Manage and maintain network source-of-truth platforms such as NetBox.
Integrate systems with CMDB, ITSM, and inventory platforms.
Support customer and internal infrastructure projects.
Contribute to continuous improvement of automation, integration, and monitoring capabilities.

2–3 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Automation roles
Good understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, SNMP, ICMP, DNS
Experience with scripting or automation: Python (preferred) or Bash
Experience working with APIs (REST APIs, JSON)
Familiarity with Linux environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with network packet brokers, probes, or packet analysis tools (e.g., Netscout, Keysight, or similar)is a plus
Experience with NetBox or similar IPAM / DCIM / Source-of-Truth platformsis a plus
Experience with network monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)will be considered a strong asset
Experience with automation tools such as Ansibleis preferred
Experience integrating systems with: ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.), CMDB systems, Inventory systemsis an asset
Basic knowledge of Gitis a plus
