Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and other stakeholders to gather and organize information required for proposals.
Develop and maintain a proposal library, including content management of proposal responses, resumes, and project descriptions.
Ensure compliance with proposal requirements and apply best practices for proposal writing and design.
Assist in the review and editing of proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free submissions.
Track proposal deadlines and maintain timelines to ensure timely submissions to clients.
Participate in proposal strategy meetings to develop win themes and tailor proposals to specific client needs.

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in proposal coordination or management, preferably in a professional services environment.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
