Pay: £45,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience) plus competitive bonus

Location: Work from home with occasional travel in London and the South of England

Come and join our fantastic team that is passionate about providing outstanding care. Accordia Care is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the senior management to lead the growth of our specialist services in London and the South of England.

You will be essential in the next phase of growth for the business and will work directly with the CEO to share the commercial future of the business. You will lead the relationship management of customers to develop new Complex Care services and generate and manage the referral pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and driving the bidding process for referrals and care packages
Managing the full sales cycle and expansion of inbound business, from initial attraction, to onboarding clients and passing them to the operations teams.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Identifying the best complex care clients and mapping the market
Building a deep understanding of our clients’ personal requirements and legislation
Ensuring market presence by utilising the internal database, advertisements, referrals, social media and networking
Working towards sales targets and meeting weekly and monthly KPI's
Using a variety of sales techniques to achieve success and close sales
To improve customer relations and overall service delivery to our clients
Gain better buy-in and commitment from our clients to maximise on opportunities
Work with the senior management team to understand business intelligence, management information, key growth opportunities and present these frequently
Lead with the brand and help us to maintain our likability and integrity with clients
Help us drive Key Client/ Customer Accounts

You will be familiar with liaising with clients about services users, and able to discuss many (if not all) of the following:

Transforming Care Agenda,
Complex Care packages for Mental Health, Supported Living, Learning Disabilities and Behaviours of Concern.
Liaising with Local Authorities, Mental Health Trusts, Integrated Care Boards and NHS England to name a few.

Proven track record in business development.
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
Knowledge of the supported living/care sector and current market trends.
