Responsibilities

Manage incoming emails and phone calls from clients and address their inquiries about our shredding services.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for document destruction services, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
Prepare and maintain digital records of client interactions, service requests, and follow-ups in our database.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and updates for social media platforms to promote A1 DATASHRED.
Support the operations team in tracking service requests and coordinating with field staff for timely executions.
Research and compile information on industry trends, competitors, and potential new clients to help inform business strategy.
Provide administrative support to management by preparing reports and assisting with logistical needs for client engagements.

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamics of a growing business.
