Responsibilities

Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media platforms, industry forums, and online directories
Conduct outreach campaigns to potential leads via email, phone calls, and social media messaging
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and identifying solutions that align with our offerings
Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and timeline, and hand them off to the sales team for further engagement
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns
Monitor and analyze data to measure the success of lead generation efforts and make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the lead generation process

Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential leads
Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and understand customer needs
Experience using CRM software and other tools to manage leads and track performance metrics
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable and flexible, able to quickly learn new products and industries
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus
