We are looking for an experienced Designer who will contribute to multiple design functions, including brand design, product design, UI/UX, and visual asset creation. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in developing cohesive designs that align with business goals. This role requires someone with 6-10 years of design experience who can collaborate across departments and deliver high-quality design solutions. The Designer will work closely with the Head of Design to ensure consistency across all design projects and contribute to the company's innovation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Design and Visual Identity

Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all branding materials.
Create visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, presentations, and external communications.

Product and UI/UX Design

Design user-centered products and interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure designs meet user needs and technical requirements.

Visual Asset Creation

Create a range of visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and promotional materials for both digital and print platforms.
Ensure that visual assets align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.

Collaboration and Feedback

Work closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align design efforts with overall business goals.
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve design quality.

Innovation and Design Trends

Stay current on design trends and incorporate innovative design practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Explore new design concepts and tools to push the boundaries of creativity and functionality.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in design, with a proven track record of successful projects across various design disciplines.

Skills:

Strong creative and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in brand design, product design, and UI/UX design.
Excellent collaboration and feedback integration abilities.
Tools/Software: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and prototyping tools.
Other: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity.
