Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to execution for various products.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create user personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that resonate with users.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implementable.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to enhance user experience.
Mentor and guide junior designers in best practices and design methodologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform design strategies.

5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a tech environment.
Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating design thinking and outcomes.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
