Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers in placing orders and navigating our product catalog.
Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the shipping and logistics team to track orders and provide updates to customers.
Support marketing initiatives by collecting customer feedback and insights.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
